Please note: This inspection does not include specialized inspections of the property's technical systems, such as electrical panels, grounding and HVAC equipment.
These systems and their operational condition are assessed only visually.

Please note: Electronic measurement and testing procedures are employed to detect possible structural anomalies and evaluate general construction quality. These tests offer an assessment, but do not replace a full corresponding test under specific conditions.
